The original Company was established in 1965 and by 1969 was specialising in damp proof courses, dry rot/wet rot timber treatments and woodworm eradication. Our services expanded to include cavity wall tie replacement, structural strapping and tanking installations. Latterly, due to technical improvements and modern waterproofing techniques Multiskill have successfully expanded into basement and cellar conversions.

Multiskill’s first business premise in Bradford remains the Company headquarters and we are proud of our longstanding business record in the Yorkshire region. Our loyal personnel consists of long term employees, experienced surveyors and apprentice trained tradesmen who have benefited from a progressive management with an open outlook.
